"Sam" - 1996Sam was a limited edition of 95. This is number 33All the "Kinder aus Porzellan" are hand signed by Annette Himstedt on the back of the head. He is made out of white biscuit-porcelain, fired at 1400 degrees C. The painting has had 30 to 60 colour firings according to the type of the doll The wig is made of human hair and mohair. The glass eyes are mouth blown and manufactured in West Germany. The clothes are made out of fine high quality fabrics and were lovingly sewn by hand. |
